We design and manufacture all our inkjet cartridge refill kits at our Portland, Oregon center.
The Right Ink for the Right Inkjet Cartridge!
All our inkjet inks are held to rigorous quality assurance standards. Their chemical and emulsion characteristics and specifications meet or exceed the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards. Print quality is strictly dependent on the quality of the ink. Manufacturers continuously design new ink jet printers using inks of different characteristics. With us you have the confidence that you get the right jet ink for the right inkjet cartridge and printer.
We design new kits as new printer models are introduced. If you do not see your printer listed on the web page list, please call us at 1-800-547-3303. We will be glad to assist you in identifying the correct refill kit.
What Does an inkjet refill kit contain?
Each refill kit contains EVERYTHING you need to fill the cartridge(s) for which it is designed. Specifically:
- Inks - we include up to 50% more inks than most competitors.
- Accurately graduated dispensers, delivering the right volume of ink to the cartridge.
- Gloves
- Whatever tool(s) may be required to recharge a specific cartridge - typically, cartridge holder, augers to slightly widen the fill holes when this is necessary, printhead protective tape for cartridges requiring it, etc.
- Step by step instructions.
- A collection of tips derived from users’ input.
- Last but not least, technical support should you have any questions on any aspect of the refilling process. By design we have no voice mail - you always speak with a person.
Beware of ‘universal’ refill kits. Jet printer specifications are different and a key difference is in the ink. Manufacturers want it so to enhance and distinguish their product from others.
With our products you have the assurance that our inks are 100% OEM matches
Also ‘universal’ refill kits have one dispensers for all colors, no gloves, and harmonica squeeze-type dispensers with no way of measuring ink accurately.
Equally, harmonica type dispensers are more likely to introduce air bubbles into the cartridge.
Why? Because to inject ink you squeeze the harmonica and when you release it and the harmonica extends and draws air inside.
Air bubbles block the ink flow to the printhead.
And yes, beware also of imitations. We have been in this business for 19 years and can give you the confidence inspired by experience and by a large satisfied customer base worldwide.
All our products are guaranteed. Should there be a problem we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
